The concept of Reflexology works on the understanding that the anatomy of the body is reflected in our feet. These carefully mapped out areas are known as reflexes and by applying pressure and stimulating these various reflexes it can help the body relax, facilitate healing and restore balance.
It’s often referred to as a type of massage of the feet; Reflexology not only feels amazing giving attention to thousands of nerve endings, but also works the entire body on a physical and emotional level empowering you to feel your best.
It's a soothing and effective way to support your overall health allowing you to drift into a tranquil state where the external world disappears.

Amanda has always had a strong interest in health and fitness, which has naturally grown to encompass a deeper connection between the mind, body and spirit.

She believes in the body’s natural ability to heal itself and Reflexology to be an effective way to facilitate the healing. Amanda has experienced first hand how effective Reflexology can be to help ease stress, relieve tension in the body and a provide feeling of tranquillity that lingers long after the treatment.
